Founder/Owner

Frank Pichler

Frank began at a young age working with his grandmother, a master gardener and aunts, horticulturalists in St.Louis. The love of outdoors and working with his hands followed him to Springfield as he went to college, eventually earning a degree in Wildlife Conservation and Horticulture. During his college years Frank honed his painting and general construction skills, eventually creating Pichler Design Landscaping followed closely by Pichler Design Contracting. Franks experience and leadership learned over years of project work make his dedication to your project unwavering. Frank is also an Eagle Scout. This also proves his dedication to accomplishing the task set in front of him. His customer service and focus on your project will help yo achieve the new look you are looking for.

Head Foreman

Jordan Kerr

Jordan began his career with Pichler Design in 2021, quickly establishing himself as a dedicated and skilled leader in the field, eventually rising to the position of Head Foreman. Alongside his professional achievements, Jordan also competed as a Crossfit Games athlete, showcasing a high level 0f physical discipline and competitive spirit.

After taking a two year break to pursue some life goals, Jordan made a strong return in 2025, bringing renewed energy and experience to his career with Pichler Design. His journey reflects resilience, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Media Director

Tim Carlson

Tim began working for Pichler Design back in 2021 as an every day job laborer. He took about a two year break to pursue other avenues in life before coming back to Pichler Design in 2025. Before all of this he began a hobby of video and photography and how to use it through social media. During his break he developed those skills into a valuable asset that can be used in a number of different ways. Now he is back working for Pichler Design as their Media Director. He runs everything you see on instagram, and Facebook, as well as the Pichler Design website. If you ever reach out through one of those avenues you are more than likely talking to Tim. Tim loves helping people in anyway he can. So don't be afraid to reach out to him.
